Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the B2B software environment, ideally with SaaS products. Proficient with multiple media and CRM tools, preferably Hubspot. Proactive and independent approach to potential customers with a sales mentality. Ability to stay authentic and adapt to conversation partners with smart conversation starters. Fluent written and spoken German and good English skills.
Responsibilities:
Manage the sales pipeline in close cooperation with the Account Executive. Identify and refine consumer profiles and relevant decision-makers. Conceive and maintain new lead sources. Explore new customer groups through market research and team collaboration. Analyze potential customers and align requirements with management to optimize the sales process.
