Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, economics, project finance, international development, business administration, or related field plus 8 years of relevant professional experience in infrastructure transaction advisory services and/or engineering planning and design. Experience managing engineering, infrastructure transaction advisory, or construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Support the COP in managing a multi-disciplinary team, and providing leadership, technical direction, and quality oversight to achieve project objectives and meet all contractual requirements. Lead all technical delivery related to transaction advisory support for the target investment advancing key economic corridors. Support management of overall technical teams in the development of technical deliverables related to infrastructure development to bring bankable projects to financial close. Help the COP ensure environmental compliance including assessments and due diligence programs. Effectively represent AECOM through communication and reporting to USAID technical and contract personnel and serve as acting COP as needed. Identify and manage technical resource needs with AECOM project support staff, Identify issues and risks related to project implementation, provide mitigation strategies, and monitor through resolution. Help ensure that systems are established and maintained, and adequate resources are applied to meet requirements for cost, schedule and quality requirements. Monitor project subcontractors and partners and engage AECOM contracts staff to achieve efficient and effective subcontract compliance. Oversee the project’s Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning program to ensure compliance with all USAID reporting requirements. Provide overall quality assurance support delivery of priority projects.
