Regional Controller, Southeast Region

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent relevant experience CPA license is strongly preferred 10+ years of experience with demonstrated advancement in level and complexity of roles, including prior Controller experience Experience managing full-cycle GL close for multiple entities Prior work experience in fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial, and/or private equity-backed organizations is highly preferred Multi-entity and acquisition experience strongly preferred Experience leading a team of accountants and/or support staff members, including offshore support in other countries Prior working experience with NetSuite or similar ERP software Prior working experience with Ramp or similar AP software

Responsible for the monthly closure of a portfolio of firms in the Southeast region Collect and measure financial data to analyze financial performance and present findings to leadership Review the KPI and monthly results package including P&L and balance sheet Prepare and coordinate financial reports, ensuring compliance with government regulations, company policies and operating agreements Key player in assessment of monthly firm performance and provide insight into month-over-month variances Manage and coach offshore accounting team in India to handle day-to-day accounting processes including bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, AR, AP, etc. Provide support to local operations teams including managing partners at the respective firms Manage full cycle GL close and consolidations
