Lead, mentor, and scale the Program Delivery Services team. Develop and maintain clear, repeatable delivery playbooks. Establish and monitor internal standards for client satisfaction. Partner with clients to assess needs, scope services, and deploy staff. Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for key client stakeholders. Ensure engagement health through metrics and feedback. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Consulting, and Business Development. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts. Contribute to proposals, RFPs, and pitch meetings.
