Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning and delivery of marketing projects from start to finish, ensuring objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Align internal teams to project goals through clear briefs, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients—hosting regular meetings, sharing reports, and maintaining clear communication.
  • Proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes and adjust project plans accordingly.
  • Own internal de-escalation processes and deliver outstanding client service.
  • Drive client retention by building trust and delivering consistent value.
  • Identify upsell opportunities (additional services, packages) and work with internal teams to scope and sell add-ons.
  • Request and act on client referrals where appropriate.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and support the implementation of performance optimization strategies.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and compliance guidelines.
