Business Analyst

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business, information technology, civil engineering or construction management, construction engineering, architecture, engineering or technical field or its equivalent in education and experience. Master’s degree in business or construction management, civil engineering, information technology or construction engineering a plus. 2 to 4 years of experience in business, construction, facilities, owner’s representative or other engineering or technical field. Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Experience with database integration and data visualization tools, such as Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean & Six Sigma is a plus.

Assess companies and develop solutions for operations. Analyze financial reports, market research, and operating procedures. Strategize ideas to improve business operations. Meet with clients to provide suggestions based on analysis. Verify feasibility of data collection and review data update methodology. Collaborate on collecting and storing data/documentation. Develop and revise performance dashboards. Analyze project information for key performance measures and report trends. Facilitate lessons learned sessions. Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPIs. Support team members in providing client deliverables.
