Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in business, information technology, civil engineering or construction management, construction engineering, architecture, engineering or technical field or its equivalent in education and experience. Master’s degree in business or construction management, civil engineering, information technology or construction engineering a plus. 2 to 4 years of experience in business, construction, facilities, owner’s representative or other engineering or technical field. Excellent verbal, written and presentations skills. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure, time-sensitive environment. Experience with database integration and data visualization tools, such as Power BI is a plus. Familiarity with process improvement methodologies like Lean & Six Sigma is a plus.
