Product Owner

2-5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Analyst. BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills in French & English. In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum processes and principles. Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills. Excellent team player. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Attention to details. Excellent knowledge in UML. Excellent knowledge of building APIs and services using REST, Soap, etc. Excellent knowledge in project management tools such as Gitlab, JIRA, etc. Background in software development is preferred. Experience in payment systems is a plus.

Understand the overall product vision and direction. Attend team meetings (standups, planning, reviews, retrospectives). Elicit, gather, and document functional and non-functional requirements. Determine technical feasibility of solutions. Analyze requirement impact and estimate effort. Participate in software design process. Document and demonstrate solutions. Author product documentation (BRDs, SRS, interface specifications, API contracts). Build and prioritize product backlog with user stories and acceptance criteria. Conduct backlog grooming, iteration planning, and user story elaboration. Accept completed user stories based on acceptance criteria. Demonstrate product iterations and gather feedback.
