Principal Data Scientist

8+ years of hands-on experience leveraging large-scale data to build ML/DL models with Python. PhD-level expertise in Recommendation Systems, Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Speech and Audio, Time-series, Reinforcement Learning, or Graph Learning. Deep understanding of the ML development lifecycle and how to optimize trade-offs. Proven track record of designing, implementing, optimizing, and scaling performant AI-empowered applications. Solid experience with MLOps practices to operationalize and maintain applications in production. Excellent communication and collaboration skills targeting a diverse audience.

Architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance AI applications along with their corresponding ML/DL algorithms. Tech-lead the AI tribe to deliver state-of-the-art AI models in production. Inspire and mentor fellow data scientists, fostering technical and soft skill growth. Stay ahead of the AI curve, applying emerging technologies to enhance capabilities. Define the company-wide AI technical and product roadmap. Demonstrate autonomy on high-complexity projects and ownership of the outcome from ideation to operationalization.
