Manage payroll processing, including timesheet approvals and fund transfers. Process Personnel Action Forms (PAFs) and update employee records. Manage cash flow, process reimbursements, and reconcile bank accounts. Update and maintain financial documents and reports. Conduct cost and price analysis, and support budgeting and forecasting. Administer, review, and maintain federal government contracts and subcontracts. Monitor contract performance, financial status, and deliverables. Review, process, and reconcile invoices and payments. Assist in contract closeout activities. Assist with maintaining the proposal pipeline and coordination of meetings. Maintain and update completed Proposal files and projections. Provide support to Pricer on costing and proposal pricing. Track proposal deadlines and deliverables.
