Provide analytics-based best practices and consulting services to Experian Health clients. Assess client's use of Experian's Collections Optimization Manager solution and financial performance. Make recommendations to optimize patient collections by leveraging analytics. Streamline and enhance revenue cycle self-pay operations and fulfillment strategies. Prepare and conduct operational and organizational assessments. Make recommendations related to workflow re-design, organizational design, and change management. Deliver analysis results that optimize solution performance. Collaborate with internal development and technical support to resolve issues. Analyze and facilitate resolution of complex issues. Learn, understand, and identify customer problems and recognize core issues.
