Strong understanding of B2B sales motions, including inbound and outbound. Strong skills in data analysis tools such as SQL, BI Tools, and spreadsheets. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce and data visualization tools.
Responsibilities:
Analyze campaign effectiveness, marketing spend ROI, sales performance, pipeline health, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement. Align marketing plans and objectives with expectations from finance and go-to-market. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights to marketing leadership. Identify inefficiencies in marketing/sales processes and recommend data-driven solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Work closely with marketing, sales, customer experience, finance, and product teams to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment across departments. Mentor and help support junior analysts on the team, and transform datasets for use by business analysts.
