Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce environments. Configure and maintain standard and custom objects, workflows, flows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards. Manage user roles, profiles, permissions, data integrity, and security settings. Oversee sandbox management and release deployments. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner. Serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce best practices. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Assist with training, onboarding, and supporting end users. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend relevant enhancements.
