Software Engineering Coach (GenAI + LLMs)

Expertise in GenAI and LLMs. Knowledge of LLM internals (e.g., transformer building blocks). Experience with prompt engineering. Familiarity with Agentic AI & IDE integrations with AI agents. Experience coding with LLMs (e.g., Cursor/Copilot). Experience integrating/Pipelining with LLMs (e.g., Langchain). Experience customizing LLM tools (e.g., fine-tuning, RAG systems). Significant real-world expertise and experience. Ability to give nuanced answers to difficult questions. Clear and succinct explanation of advanced concepts. Expert spoken and written English. Ability to build rapport and create a safe learning space. Extensive real-world industry experience. Teaching or mentoring experience (formal or informal).

Lead micro-workshops for small groups of software engineers. Deliver targeted sessions on GenAI and LLMs. Ensure learners gain deep understanding and can apply new skills. Answer questions and help learners improve results with LLMs.
