Work collaboratively with the Sr. National Account Manager to develop a sales strategy designed to penetrate West Conventional grocery customers. Execute the strategy of the grocery channels to deliver on annual revenue goals. Identify, engage and open new channels and accounts, with emphasis on segments such as Albertson’s Safeway, HEB, Hy-Vee, and Meijer. Optimize relationships with new partners to promote best-in-category opportunities - pricing and promotions, POS and in-store campaigns, SKU mix, shelf placement, etc. Partner with trade and marketing teams to build and support account velocities. In conjunction with the Trade Marketing Team and operations team, plan, organize, forecast and implement and manage promotional and trade spend initiatives Work collaboratively with the Operations team to ensure strong customer service levels Leverage network of brokers & distributors to support channels in accordance with the Hu mission, culture and values. Propose the development, adaptation and/or changes to the company’s current product line based on trade feedback and competitive analysis.
