Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) Set up automations and workflows using tools like Zapier, Make (Integromat) Conduct audience research and build detailed targeting strategies Collaborate with creative/design teams to build and test ad creatives Track and analyze campaign performance (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPM, etc.) Continuously optimize campaigns to meet or exceed ROI goals Conduct A/B tests on ads, audiences, placements, and landing pages Provide performance analysis and actionable reports Stay up to date on Meta’s algorithm updates, ad policies, and best practices Work closely with content, design, analytics, and product teams
