Proven experience managing $600K+/month ad spend with direct responsibility for performance and optimization Strong background in eCommerce and direct-to-consumer performance marketing Deep expertise in Meta Ads at scale and cross-market campaign execution Experience planning, testing, scaling, and optimizing campaigns independently Strong analytical skills with a performance-first approach Ability to create clear, actionable creative briefs Experience across US, AU, and EU markets is highly desirable Experience in health, supplements, or regulated product verticals is a plus
