Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field 6+ years of experience as a business analyst, ideally on large-scale projects for European institutions or the public sector Strong skills in Agile methodologies Strong skills in business process modeling (BPMN) Proficiency with tools like ARIS and Camunda Proficiency in gathering and translating complex business requirements into actionable technical specifications Familiarity with BDD, story mapping, personas, Gherkin syntax Familiarity with user testing coordination Fluency in English and Portuguese Knowledge of microservices architecture (asset) Knowledge of RESTful APIs (asset) Knowledge of asynchronous communication tools such as Apache Kafka (asset)
