Product Owner (m/w/d) – SAP Automation Platform - remote oder hybrid bundesweit

Several years of experience as a Product Owner in an agile software development environment (Scrum/Kanban). Proven ability to translate complex technical requirements into detailed user stories. Experience in managing a development team and in backlog management. Good technical understanding in the areas of SAP, IT infrastructure, and cloud technologies. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Management of the product backlog: Detailed elaboration, prioritization, and maintenance of the backlog based on the roadmap provided by the Product Manager. Requirements definition: Creation of precise user stories and acceptance criteria for the development team (approx. 10 people). Interface to the team: Daily collaboration and close coordination with the agile development team; first point of contact for implementation queries. Sprint planning & review: Responsibility for sprint planning, acceptance of implemented features, and conducting sprint reviews. Coordination with the Product Manager: Regular exchange to ensure that backlog prioritization reflects strategic goals (product vision/roadmap). Ensuring the "Definition of Done": Responsibility for the quality of delivered increments.
