Requirements:
Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or equivalent qualification 1-3 years of professional experience, ideally in IT sales, Business Development, or a customer-facing role Basic understanding of the SAP product world (e.g., ERP, S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud solutions) Strong communication skills: clear and convincing expression in speech and writing Sales talent and 'Hunter' mentality: proactive acquisition readiness (Cold Calling, Lead Generation) Structured way of working: careful pipeline management and documentation in the CRM system Quick comprehension: ability to quickly understand complex IT topics and explain them simply Negotiation-proof German and good English skills High self-motivation and goal orientation Team player and willingness to learn from Senior Managers Willingness to travel for customer visits and trade fairs Resilience and the will to assert oneself in a competitive environment
Responsibilities:
Sales and new customer acquisition Identifying potential customers and market opportunities in the SAP environment Supporting market and competitor analysis Initial contact (Cold Calling) and lead qualification Scheduling appointments for Senior Sales Managers Preparing sales presentations and proposal documents Client support and development Maintaining client relationships at a junior level Recording client needs and forwarding them to the consulting team Assisting in the creation of offers Documenting all sales activities in the CRM system (Hubspot) Internal coordination Interface between sales, marketing, and consulting Coordinating capacities and resources for projects or Proofs-of-Concept Participating in internal sales meetings and product briefings Reporting on sales pipeline status to management Product knowledge and further training Actively acquiring product and solution know-how (focus: SAP Cloud ERP, BTP, BDC, etc.) Participating in training and certification programs Understanding common SAP solutions and their added value for the customer
