BA/BS degree +6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education in Biology, Marine Biology, Environmental Science/Planning or related field. 6+ years of applied experience in the offshore wind energy industry conducting tasks, studies, surveys and permitting of offshore wind energy infrastructure. US Citizenship is required. Overall professional experience desired is 8+ years. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Strong Familiarity with BOEM Regulations and prior experience authoring Chapters and Appendices in COPs. Background in Visual Impact Assessments (VIA), Benthic, Fisheries and/or other marine environment subject matter expertise. Experience with state and federal regulatory programs for electric transmission and generation. MS Preferred in Biology, Marine Biology, Environmental Science/Planning.
