Requirements:
4-10 years of backend software engineering experience in Golang, Rust, C/C++, Python, Java, or Node.js Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems and public-facing APIs Experience managing and optimizing databases like PostgreSQL for data integrity, performance, and scalability Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong sense of ownership and passion for driving complex technical decisions Ability to move fast and ship software to production with rapid iteration
Responsibilities:
Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs powering liquid staking, mev infrastructure, and DeFi systems Work on high-performance systems interacting with blockchain networks in real-time Collaborate with smart contract engineers, frontend engineers, and leadership on end-to-end features Contribute to technical decisions and engineering culture, including system architecture and design patterns
