Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; a Health Care, business, legal, or scientific discipline preferred. Significant (at least 5 years) Clinical Research and/or contract/budget experience. Awareness and understanding of compliance and regulatory matters in clinical research. Proven negotiation, interpersonal, and business skills. Strong planning and organizational skills; ability to work independently in a dynamic environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English. Proactive and positive team player. Experience in line or matrix management is an advantage. Experience in financial, budget, cost management/analysis, accounting, and/or financial planning skills are desirable.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely preparation and execution of Clinical Study Agreements (CSAs), Confidentiality Disclosure Agreements (CDAs), and budgets. Negotiate CSAs, CDAs, and other site agreements and budgets with investigator sites. Provide input for updating legal and budget playbooks and templates. Ensure tracking of CSAs, CDAs, and country/site intelligence, maintaining necessary documentation. Agree, manage, and communicate priorities with stakeholders and clinical teams. Escalate and communicate contract issues to stakeholders and clinical teams. Lead process improvement projects for the US Contract Management Function. Act as a subject matter expert representing the US Contract Management function on process teams. Provide guidance to team members within the Contract Management function. Partner with Country Operations Managers to ensure effective work processes and resolve issues.
