Prioritize and coordinate appointments and manage meeting conflicts. Handle meeting logistics, including booking rooms and coordinating attendees. Coordinate and book business travel and prepare itineraries. Schedule and coordinate meetings and calls. Collate meeting papers and supporting documents. Take notes, prepare minutes and action items from meetings. Prepare presentations and documents from drafts. Submit travel expense reports and process purchase requisitions. Review purchase invoices and approve payments. Archive files and documents. Provide support to GFS leads.
