Requirements:

  • Proficiency in video conferencing and messaging apps e.g., Zoom, Google Hangouts, Slack
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel calculations, pivot tables, and graphs is a must!

Responsibilities:
  • Owning the quality assurance (QA) process pre/post-campaign launch
  • Assist with campaign activation across multiple platforms
  • Escalating to media buyers for day-to-day tasks (flag RCO deadlines, discrepancies, audits, daily pacing checks, etc.)
  • Support campaign management/coverage/overflow – pace and optimize towards unit goals, KPIs, and margin caps.
  • Respond with urgency to all general and specialized requests using knowledge and understanding of all internal systems.
  • Work with Google support teams on tracking tag implementation, and issue troubleshooting/inquiry.
  • Maintain internal process and best practices documentation up-to-date
  • Report ownership, forecasting avails, and ad hoc audits
  • Take & share notes for various team meetings
