Deep relationships and credibility with key Technology Solutions Distributors (TSDs). Direct experience designing and supporting solutions using SD-WAN technologies (VMware/VeloCloud, Fortinet or equivalent). Experience with Firewalls (Fortinet - NAT/PAT rules, VPN, AAA). Experience with CPE (Cisco, Adtran, Juniper). Experience with WAN & last mile technologies (Fiber, Copper, LTE, Satellite). Experience with Routing & Switching (TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP/VRRP/GLBP). Experience with UCaaS & Hosted PBX (Cisco, MetaSwitch, Microsoft Teams). Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP - focus on Direct Connect, ExpressRoute, etc.). Experience with CCaaS and Hosted Agent Platforms. Experience with Legacy PSTN, DID, Analog/Fax support. Experience with IPsec VPN setup and troubleshooting. Strong communication skills, able to explain technical solutions to executive and technical audiences. Mastery in solution documentation, client training, and cross-functional collaboration. Strong problem-solving and consultative selling approach. Able to work independently in a remote-first environment.
