Demonstrated scaling a startup engineering organization to 50+ employees Have delivered products involving AI at scale involving a breadth of technologies spanning frontend, backend, and machine learning / AI Strong at operations, team building, and delivery Possess strong technical depth with cloud platforms and services, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Lead product engineering including frontend, backend, and production AI capabilities Develop engineering roadmaps and operations plans Grow a team of software engineers from and data scientists, ranging from generalists to specialists. Expect to grow the team from about 20 to at least double within 12 months. Manage development and operations for a fast-growing enterprise product, supporting a wide range of deployment environments Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and sales, to define and deliver innovative solutions that meet market needs and align with company strategy Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the engineering team, encouraging knowledge sharing and mentorship
