Responsibilities:
Install, configure and virtualize server hardware. Install/configure operating systems, software, network settings. Write deployment scripts and manifests to deploy hardware and platforms consistently. Develop and implement new solutions based on new customer requirements. Pro-actively monitor system performance and ensure the reliability and availability of IT services. Tune-up OS and deploy software updates and patches and modify deployment scripts and manifests to ensure configuration complies with security requirements. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues. Respond to system outages and perform necessary repairs. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls. Provide technical support and training to users. Implement and maintain backup solutions, including RDBMS replication, recovery and system failover. Develop and test disaster recovery plans. Configure and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls. Ensure network security and manage VPNs. Monitor and enforce security policies. Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments. Document system configurations, procedures, and changes. Maintain accurate records of IT assets and inventory. Work with other CBN and customer IT staff and departments to support various projects and initiatives. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand and address their IT needs. Ensure compliance with CBN and customer IT policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
