High school diploma or GED. Success in effectively dealing with all levels of an organization, from entry level to executive team. One year experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR performing hiring activities that include high-touch interaction with candidates and internal hiring stakeholders. 4-year degree from an accredited college or university (preferred). Previous experience with ATS, background vendor and/or CRM (preferred). Previous experience using an ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communication, and data insights (preferred).
