Requirements:
High school diploma or GED. Success in effectively dealing with all levels of an organization, from entry level to executive team. One year experience in Talent Acquisition and/or HR performing hiring activities that include high-touch interaction with candidates and internal hiring stakeholders. 4-year degree from an accredited college or university (preferred). Previous experience with ATS, background vendor and/or CRM (preferred). Previous experience using an ATS to manage requisitions, candidates, talent communities, communication, and data insights (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate interviews for select candidates. Assist in the creation and facilitation of offer letters. Support candidates through the background check process. Source candidates to identify and engage top talent. Partner with recruiters and people leaders to coordinate and schedule interviews. Initiate and facilitate background checks through to completion. Source candidates to help identify, engage, and manage external talent. Ensure proper process and documentation is achieved. Lead and participate in TA related continuous improvement projects.
