Sales Senior Executive/Assistant Manager

Based in Johor Bahru Initially work remotely, transitioning to on-site once office is established Preferred age: late 20s to below 35 Prior working experience in the plastic manufacturing or related industry is strongly preferred Solid understanding of the plastic industry landscape and client expectations Proven ability to sell industrial machinery or large-scale equipment is essential Strong communication and persuasion skills Confident in presenting technical product information and demonstrating product value Highly committed, responsible, and dedicated to their roles Strong sense of ownership and long-term interest in growing with the company

Responsible for the sale of products in a defined geographical district Responsible for the development and execution of sales plans, targets and budgets Responsible for supporting sales / service team and key account colleagues in the management of key client relationships Responsible for building sales capability and for the overall management and motivation of the sales / service team Perform any other related ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management
