Direct involvement in the legal contracting process across the organization, working with internal and external stakeholders. Managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, including initial creation, facilitating redline reviews, proper versioning, drafting of terms, digital signing, and repository upkeep/maintenance. Providing oversight and support to the contracting process and building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across primary functional groups (Sales, Compliance, Operations, IT, etc.). Supporting and driving automation across the contract lifecycle. Active daily management of the Contract Team's workload (Jira) to include assignment of new cases, management of open cases and follow-up with internal and external stakeholders.
