7+ years of experience in analytical roles, with demonstrated impact on business outcomes Strong proficiency in SQL and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines in dbt Proficiency in Python for data analysis and notebook-based explorations Ability to translate business problems into structured analytical approaches Strong presentation and communication skills, with ability to influence decision-making within the team Analytical ability and understanding of statistical methods Experience decomposing ambiguous problems and executing on solutions Proactive attitude, ownership mentality, and growth mindset Ability to accurately represent your work and its value to partners within Cedar Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus Knowledge of or experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
