Requirements:
  • BSc Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years working in DevOps and Security for enterprise software applications
  • 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • 5+ years of experience in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • 3+ experience with databases and platforms (Postgres, Redshift, Athena, Snowflake)
  • 3+ years of experience in building data pipelines and features for analytics models
Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure
  • Implement data storage and processing solutions using cloud technologies and cloud-agnostic deployments using Kubernetes
  • Own security (SOC2 and ISO 27001) controls and automation using RBAC, automation, and observability best practices
  • Configure CI and CD to automate the build, testing, and deployment of software and release management to dev/test/staging/prod environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across infrastructure and data pipelines, optimize cluster for performance and auto-scaling
  • Work closely with software engineers, data engineers, and research scientists to understand and support feature development
  • Understand the pros and cons of implementation options and articulate the cost, performance, timing, and effort details
  • Understand the market and trends in technology and architecture and propose solutions aligned to the problem at hand
  • Collaborate with peers on ideas/solutions and provide mentorship to junior members/interns
  • Adapt communications to technical and non-technical stakeholder
