Senior/Staff Engineer (Elixir or Golang)

5-7 years of backend development experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related professional experience Strong knowledge of OTP, Phoenix, and Ecto OR Golang Experience with distributed systems and functional programming Proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) Strong understanding of source control using Git Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Design, develop, and maintain Elixir code for backend systems. Architect scalable backend solutions. Collaborate on APIs with frontend and product teams. Optimize existing backend systems for performance and scalability. Apply advanced techniques in Elixir and related technologies. Conduct thorough testing and debugging.
