Senior / Staff Frontend Engineer (Web & Mobile)

5+ years of technical experience building consumer-facing applications, with significant expertise in both React (web) and React Native (mobile). Experience building, testing, and scaling large-scale web and mobile applications. Proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frontend/mobile tooling (e.g., Webpack, Metro, Tailwind CSS). Experience architecting scalable frontend and mobile solutions. Experience with Next.js is a strong plus. Understanding of native mobile app toolchains (iOS/Android) and their integration with React Native. Experience building scalable and reusable UI components, ideally with experience contributing to or using design systems. Strong attention to detail in UI implementation and deep understanding of consumer-facing UX principles. Skilled in performance optimization techniques for both web and mobile. Demonstrated success operating as a tech lead or senior individual contributor on critical projects. Prior experience at a high-growth stage company. Excellent listener and strong communicator, working well cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable with uncertainty and ambiguity. Pragmatic approach to engineering.

Serve as a technology leader for web (Next.js) and mobile (React Native) development. Architect, build, test, and scale features for web and mobile applications. Develop reusable UI components and contribute to design system thinking. Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and responsiveness. Integrate with backend APIs. Help establish and grow the engineering organization, including mentoring engineers.
