- 4β5+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management within a premium brand, creative agency, or matrixed organization.
- Strong portfolio management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders across digital channels.
- Experience supporting and executing go-to-market campaigns, including ad creation, localization, and translation for global audiences.
- Self-starter with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving initiatives forward independently.
- Confident communicator and storyteller; able to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and executive-level summaries.
- Prior experience collaborating cross-functionally with creative, media, and product teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
- Uses data and analytics to inform decisions, optimize workflows, and measure marketing performance.
- Passionate about crypto or curious to learn more about the space.
- Drive alignment and execution of the Consumer Product Marketing team's go-to-market (GTM) plans by partnering closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product teams, and cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate all end-to-end go-to-market planning, timelines, and execution for product and feature launches.
- Oversee campaign and production workflows, including entry and project tracking, GTM documentation, and coordination across stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to manage top-of-funnel ad campaigns, ensuring deadlines and processes are met.
- Manage localization and translation workflows with vendors and regional teams to deliver high-quality assets for international launches.
- Submit and manage design and copy briefs including asset trafficking; oversee reviews and approvals across Brand, Legal, and Compliance.
- Own operational needs including NDAs, contracts, invoicing, and expense tracking with Legal, FP&A, and Vendor Management.
- Lead planning for team meetings, drive process improvements, and jump in where needed to ensure campaign success.
