Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize features and initiatives for domain services to drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall profitability.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to translate business requirements into platform features and user interface designs that meet business goals.
  • Develop and prioritize domain projects, aligning project priorities with business objectives.
  • Act as the main point of contact for capturing platform feedback and leading initiatives to improve the domains platform and user experience.
  • Partner with Data Analytics to analyze customer data and derive insights that inform product decisions and business strategies.
  • Supervise industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Identify new commercial opportunities, innovations, and areas for differentiation in the domain name market.
  • Support collaboration with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of product updates and features.
  • Communicate our business vision and goals to internal and external partners.
