EDI Enrollments Specialist

At least 2 years of experience in revenue cycle management (medical billing or healthcare/healthtech). May have experience with EDI enrollment; Change Healthcare experience is a plus. Investigative mindset and comfortable running down problems. Self-starter. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Effective multitasking skills. Positive and cooperative attitude.

Prepare and submit applications for EDI claims and ERA configuration. Prepare and submit applications for EFT configuration with payers. Investigate payer provider enrollment denials and errors. Review and action payer correspondence for resolution. Liaise between RCM and Strategy & Operations for enrollment tasks. Interact with customers via written and verbal communication. Maintain accurate enrollment records in Candid Health product. Meet production and quality KPIs/metrics. Maintain knowledge of workflow, systems, and tools. Maintain HIPAA guidelines.
