Requirements
- 5+ years of full-time experience in Product, including significant management experience.
- Experience preferably in a fast-growing tech company or consumer tech startup.
- Based in France or Spain.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Experience managing and coaching high-performing Product Managers.
- Strong understanding of technology and its applications in product development.
- Understand the business side of product management.
- History of driving innovation and bringing new ideas to market successfully.
- Strong communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
Responsibilities
- Mentor, grow, and lead high-performing Product Managers.
- Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps across several product lines.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams.
- Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy.
- Lead the development of new product initiatives and the evolution of existing products.
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
- Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions.
