5+ years of full-time experience in Product, including significant management experience. Experience preferably in a fast-growing tech company or consumer tech startup. Based in France or Spain. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Experience managing and coaching high-performing Product Managers. Strong understanding of technology and its applications in product development. Understand the business side of product management. History of driving innovation and bringing new ideas to market successfully. Strong communication skills. Entrepreneurial mindset.

Mentor, grow, and lead high-performing Product Managers. Oversee the creation and execution of product roadmaps across several product lines. Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and business teams. Contribute to defining and executing the product strategy. Lead the development of new product initiatives and the evolution of existing products. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies. Utilize data analytics and user feedback to drive product decisions.
