  • Highly motivated, results-driven, with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for business development.
  • Experience implementing lead generation channels.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. and European markets, with the ability to adapt to evolving market dynamics.
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level of English.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development and account management strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Sales and Account Management teams, fostering high performance and professional growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Define, track, and analyze sales and account management KPIs to ensure continuous performance improvement.
  • Identify and develop new sales channels, while optimizing existing ones.
  • Lead high-value negotiations, close enterprise-level deals, and regularly review pricing models.
  • Oversee the creation and quality control of personalized client proposals.
  • Standardize business development and account management processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
  • Utilize, and if necessary, implement a CRM system to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports and dashboards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, especially marketing, to ensure strategic alignment and seamless information flow.
  • Leverage industry events, trade shows, and conferences for relationship-building and lead generation.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Manage budgets effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Regularly assess and refine business development strategies to drive rapid growth and achieve ambitious targets.
