Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in People & Culture, with at least 4+ years in a managerial role.
  • Proven success in recruitment, onboarding, engagement, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Experience with compensation program design, salary benchmarking, and pay equity analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills—able to turn engagement and performance data into actionable insights.
  • People & Culture experience across the US and Canada (Germany is a bonus).
  • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse, Lattice, and HiBob (or similar HR tech stack).
  • A proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves leader who thrives in a fast-paced SaaS environment with M&A exposure.
  • Passionate about fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the People & Culture team ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversee the execution of P&C initiatives, ensuring they are impactful, measurable, and integrated across all levels of the organization
  • Lead and oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire top talent.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and belonging.
  • Lead and optimize performance review cycles, ensuring clear expectations, feedback, and growth opportunities for employees.
  • Partner with leadership to lead and optimize equitable compensation structures, perks & benefits programs, and total rewards strategies that align with company goals and market trends.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and compliance standards, including SOC II compliance, across multiple regions.
