2+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, preferably Pardot. Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce. Proficiency in email marketing best practices, including deliverability and A/B testing. Excellent analytical skills to measure campaign performance. Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a global team. SQL skills preferred.
