Requirements:
Current Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional (CVRP) or CVRP-F designation Career Counsellor registered with the Ordre des conseillers et conseillères d'orientation du Québec Minimum 3 years of experience in direct vocational rehabilitation services Experience conducting medical, psycho-social, or vocational rehabilitation assessments Experience working with persons with mental or physical health problems Experience analyzing and interpreting assessments and making recommendations Strong computer skills Demonstrated leadership skills Bilingual (French/English) Obtain federal security clearance (Reliability Status)
Responsibilities:
Conduct Vocational Assessments Determine need for specialized assessments Follow approved processes for analyses and recommendations Develop final reports supporting conclusions Submit reports according to service standards Comply with privacy and confidentiality program requirements Complete comprehensive case notes Review and approve Vocational Assessment Reports Quality assure reports for accuracy and completeness Support change management processes
