Requirements
- 3+ years of Mid Market/Enterprise software experience
- Deep working knowledge of Salesforce CRM
- Working knowledge of marketing automation systems
- Knowledge in web / scripting technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and SaaS applications
- Outstanding problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment with multiple roles
- Possess a bachelor's degree
- Passion for making customers successful with software solutions
Responsibilities
- Deliver and lead customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework
- Outline optimal technical architecture for customers onboarding Qualified products
- Document technical requirements for a Qualified Data Model
- Establish deep consultative relationships with client business units
- Provide coaching and education on Conversational Marketing
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews
- Identify successful customers for case studies and testimonials
- Engage in internal product discussions and provide customer feedback
- Analyze customer health score to achieve renewal targets
