Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or 5 years of payroll experience required
  • Experience in Paylocity will be the preferred candidates, however experts in the field of HRIS will be considered.
Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration (See Paylocity statement above) – We process payroll for 21 entities and growing.
  • 401k – Setting up and maintaining employee records with online system
  • Benefits – Maintaining Employee Navigator the online Benefit enrollment System
  • Benefits -Reconciliation of accounts
  • Benefits – Preparing and filing invoices for the Controller
  • Operational Tax Registrations
  • HRIS Analysis – Paylocity System is our partner.
  • Calculating Production Pay and auditing historical Production Pay for our veterinarians across the network.  This person will gain valued financial insight with operations and controller.
  • Onboarding new team members and ad hoc reporting within HRIS.
  • Training and development of Practice Managers (See above)
  • Generate ad-hoc reports within Paylocity (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits)
