Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 2-3 years of progressive career growth experience.
- Experience with ADP payroll provider preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is beneficial.
- Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate instructors and track student progress for Tutor Me Education.
- Provide quality customer service to students and families.
- Perform payroll functions and related tasks to support Regional Operations.
- Manage class schedules and virtual tutoring sessions effectively.
- Ensure the delivery of academic services and maintain operating standards.
- Monitor students' academic progress and conduct conferences with program directors.
