Requirements:

• University graduate.
• Fluent in English, Spanish knowledge is a bonus.
• Proficient in MS Office/Google Suite and Quickbooks.
• 2-4 years relevant experience.
• Must have computer equipment and reliable internet access.
• Ability to work beyond normal hours when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Process client requests for Tutor Me Education and order setup.
• Transact normal payroll processing and entries in 3rd party billing systems.
• Handle daily, weekly, monthly payroll and billing tasks.
• Monitor level 1 work orders and research escalations.
• Prepare supporting documentation for billing and direct deposit setups.
• Support sales administration and assist with special projects.
• Manage HR housekeeping duties including employee records and internal audits.
