Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Own revenue growth.
  • Lead all sales and revenue operations, including new business, account expansion, and channel partnerships.
  • Lead the team. Manage a team of four Account Managers, a Channel Manager, and an External Salesperson, providing leadership, coaching, and accountability.
  • Win new business. Oversee the external sales function, responding to RFPs and large enterprise opportunities with a structured, consultative approach.
  • Grow key accounts. Work closely with Account Managers to expand revenue from existing clients, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships.
  • Define and execute our channel strategy. Establish partnerships that drive new revenue opportunities.
  • Lead marketing. Align marketing efforts with sales to generate pipeline and accelerate deal velocity.
  • Forecast revenue. Maintain a clear, data-driven view of pipeline, forecasting, and resourcing needs for executive leadership.
  • Optimize the sales engine. Ensure pipeline hygiene, CRM discipline, and repeatable processes that scale.
  • Collaborate with agency leadership. Work with our executive team to define go-to-market (GTM) strategy and agency growth goals.
