- Demonstrated experience managing growth at the federal level.
- Ability to coordinate cohesive and collaborative growth activities in a matrixed environment.

- Deep understanding of government procurement regulations and processes.
- Experience collaborating with finance and marketing functions.

Responsibilities
- Strategize and build a scalable growth model leveraging SBIR/STTR contracts.
- Formulate and execute cyclical growth strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Lead growth-related activities and teams, including business development and sales.
- Partner with business unit executives to execute key growth initiatives.
- Guide pursuit of contract opportunities with appropriate resources and arrangements.
- Collaborate with marketing to align outreach and growth activities.
- Engage hands-on in growth activities as needed.
- Improve growth infrastructure, tools, processes, and training.
