Requirements:
You are registered in Japan as a Pharmacist
You have 3+ years of clinical experience post-registration as a Pharmacist
You have native level Japanese language skills and business level English language skills (must)
Responsibilities:
Responding to patient enquiries via tickets in Japanese and English using our patient experience tool (i.e. Zendesk)
Ongoing support to patients experiencing side effects and/or symptoms related or unrelated to their medication for Juniper, including virtual calls to help patients through their health journey, giving patients an overview of the medication, their dosage schedule and potential side effects
Triaging medical issues with support from a robust clinical framework and global clinical team
Be our point of contact to our network of Eucalyptus partnered doctors
Working closely with a team of health coaches, doctors, registered nurses and / or pharmacists to provide holistic care to patients
Supporting and training our non-clinical patient facing teams
