Coach with powerful questions to uncover what’s essential, guiding others to tap into their knowledge and expertise. Guide teams in adopting Agile principles tailored to their unique contexts. Partner with leadership to drive Agile adoption, decision-making, and alignment across the organisation. Collaborate with teams to implement solutions and process improvements, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptive problem-solving. Encourage a culture of experimentation, adaptability, and innovation at all levels. Establish metrics to assess Agile maturity and ensure alignment with EDFs mission.
